The matched dealership is then revealed. You complete the car purchase directly with that dealership. LetYouKnow does not own or sell any cars.

We recommend starting with a realistic price that fits your budget. If your Bid is not accepted, you can incrementally increase your price for the same car if your budget allows.
Keeping participating dealerships anonymous until a match is made allows them to offer deeply discounted prices. Once your Bid is accepted, the matched dealership's contact information appears in your transaction details and is sent to you by email.

If the dealership is closed or will close in less than two hours, your car should be available within two hours after the dealership opens on its next business day.
You must complete the purchase within the reservation period of up to 10 calendar days. If the final day falls on a day when the dealership is closed, your deadline may be earlier. Once you place a successful match and your price is accepted, we will display the dealership contact information in your successful transaction details and will send you the transaction confirmation email. Your contact and transaction-related information will be simultaneously passed onto the matched dealership, so they may also contact you to help you complete your transaction with them.
Yes, if you cannot complete your transaction with the matched dealership within the 10-calendar day timeframe (excluding cases where the 10th day falls on the day the dealership is closed, which will then result in a shorter than 10-day period).
