One Deal Near You (aka LightningCarDeals) tool offers new vehicles with less than or equal to 199 miles with no visible or known-to-dealer blemishes and the One Deal Near You (aka LightningCarDeals) tool finds your deal within a one hundred (100) mile search distance radius (see full Terms and Conditions regarding the method of measurement) from the zip code that you input.
No, selecting the anticipated method of payment has no effect on the success rate of your price when using any of our pricing tools. You can complete the remaining purchase-related transaction after two hours of successfully placing your LetYouKnow transaction if the matched dealership is open at the time of your successful transaction on LetYouKnow, or after two hours from the moment the dealership opens if you placed your successful LetYouKnow transaction at a time when the dealership was closed. From that point on, you will be able to complete your transaction at your matched dealership at any time the matched dealership is open within 10 calendar days (excluding cases where the 10th day falls on the day the dealership is closed, which will then result in a shorter than 10-day period. Yes, you can incrementally increase your price for the same vehicle using the Price Bid (aka LetYouKnow®) pricing tool; however, if you are not willing to modify search parameters (including the vehicle's model, trim level, search radius, etc.) outside of your price bid changes, then you will have to observe a maximum 1-hour waiting period before you can resubmit a different price bid amount for the same vehicle. There is no daily limit to the number of price bids you can place through LetYouKnow, subject to the abovementioned maximum 1-hour waiting period.
Once you place a successful match and your price is accepted, we will display the dealership contact information in your successful transaction details and will send you the transaction confirmation email. Your contact and transaction-related information will be simultaneously passed onto the matched dealership, so they may also contact you to help you complete your transaction with them.
Yes, if you cannot complete your transaction with the matched dealership within the 10-calendar day timeframe (excluding cases where the 10th day falls on the day the dealership is closed, which will then result in a shorter than 10-day period). No, we do not offer financing and/or sell any dealer products or services (including, but not limited to extended warranties) on our platform. You may purchase any dealer products or services from the matched dealership. Any agreements you make with the dealership will be independent from your deal match made with LetYouKnow.
